Uh, no, something else. ((Unclear as ever, and clearly moving on from the subject. Not that there's embarrassment over the subject, just that being forward? Pft.))
I'd just like to find my clothes; I don't like the thought of some weirdo stealing my clothes and redressing me. We can tag team and look around? There's no way our stuff is split up.
Something else? [Well, they're not exactly explaining either.] How will I know what to look for?
[He sure is giving Kashima the blankest of stares for that great idea.] At least give me a colour or shape... [Unless?!] It's something embarrassing, right?!
I don't know, you're the one being mysterious about it! Is it cosplay? [Why would he think that... mostly because that's the kind of stuff gotten involved with. He has no room to talk, pretty much.]
Why would it be a sick joke? It's just the same uniform as everyone else, right? [He jabs a thumb in the direction of the "other" students. There's no other way to look at it.]
((Thinking for a moment, Kashima bits onto a nail, looking to the side and thinking.)) I know staying calm is ideal, but we can't really shake that something flat out wrong is going on. ((Thoughtful eyes lighten, clearly surprised, and then uneasy again.)) The faces.... ((None of them make sense. There are eyes and lips and a nose but beyond that... who are they.))
Never mind, ((Kashima already lets it go, and offers a gallant hand to Wendy.)) Would you mind accompanying me, my lady? I don't feel well at all staying here, and leaving a pretty girl behind on her own is not on my agenda.
Yeah, you're right there, dude. [She risked a glance to the front of the class. The teacher was prattling on in that... she couldn't even describe the language. She could barely describe the teacher at all.] Yeah... I know.
[But enough of that! It seemed things were turning away from the strange to... the also quite strange. She pretty obviously stares at the offered hand, slowly glancing up at Kashima's face.
It all seemed... a little too gallant. But at the same time, the person seemed... alright enough. Sure, she'll take that hand.] Alright, let's get out of there. Staying here would be pretty creepy, and it's not like I can understand what's going on anyways.
Excellent; the world awaits! ((Kashima: always over the top in these moods. Wendy is quickly whisked away.
Although not far. Kashima lets go of her hand once they've entered the hallway, and stops to look around a little bit, clearly frowning.)) Uhhh...
I guess we should look for the exit right now? How high up are we, ((Kashima immediately presses against the glass and squints out. Floor two? no, three. This is actually strangely weird to count.))
[Like a young maiden in a Disney flick that could be safely referenced without copyright problems, Wendy is lead by hand out into the hallway, stopping just a foot or so behind Kashima.]
I dunno. How high are we? [She asks with a slight smirk while Kashime investigates the windows. Wendy joins her a moment later and peers through the glass.] Oh. I've never been in a school this big before.
Really? ((Kashima looks over with a frown.)) Oh but, you're a westerner right? A lot of the schools in Japan are stacked up really high to save space. Although, Roman Academy was pretty big even then. Either way, this place might not be as big as it looks from here. We should find our way downstairs at least.
Well, I don't know about that. They're clearly interested in each other, right? ((Kashima gives the cafeteria a tilted look, thinking about it.)) Maybe we can find a way to talk to them!
That I can do. Hope you're ready to see a prince in action. ((Clearly bolstering with confidence and not actually a prince.
After looking around, Kashima spots the perfect target. Approaching a female student, Kashima sets a gallant hand upon the students jaw line, leaning in just slightly and clearly schmoozing the student. Something along the lines of "They say the prettiest girls are the ones with the most intellect. Perhaps you could help a poor fellow student around this place?" And maybe some bribery but ultimately-
The student walks away - and Kashima is left standing there in the exact pose for a moment, clearly too shocked to really digest what just happened.))
Kashima actually looks momentarily surprised, if only because she'd done it as a joke to a boy - but he fit the role well and it reminded her momentarily of her fangirls, and on top of that, he fit the bill exactly. Kashima loves to play. Sly as a fox, Kashima will happily slide that tray out of Ellis's hand and onto the table (further detroying the geisha cake). Her words are honeyed and too eager to see where she wins this battle of nerves.))
Oh? Not nearly as shy as you let on, are you? Any girl like you would easily be my princess, but not for you - and a rose by any other name still smells as sweet, so if I may ask: what name do you use, my rose?
Ellis would usually refute that he isn't a girl or a princess, but at this point, he doesn't really care. He never really cared about that in the first place, so this wasn't the time for it. What's more important is that he doesn't lose his footing or the atmosphere that's been made in this little area of the school cafeteria.
But the thing is, in order to tell Kashima his name, he would have to use his phone. That would probably break the atmosphere really fast. Sometimes, in moments like these, he thinks it would be great if he could speak properly, but inconveniences happen.
So, instead of answering Kashima's question, he slightly turns his head a little more than the initial nuzzling and gives a small kiss on Kashima's palm.
... Maybe he should have thought about this thoroughly before doing it. ]
She freezes up a bit, and pulls the hand away.)) Woah buddy, too much. A little pace for a little friction, hm? ((Although, she seems mostly forgiving of the gesture.)) Besides, I'm here for cake, not commitment.
Seriously though, what's your name? I'd be surprised if it really was Rose - unless you're into pet name stuff. ((She winks a little.))
[ He would also agree on what Kashima says regarding commitment, but cake isn't what he's here for. He's never there for commitment. Nope. Not at all. Ellis adjusts his posture properly with no more ultra maiden-like(?) smiles and just gives a normal one to Kashima. He types in his phone real quick and shows Kashima his message. ]
"I don't think any of us can put a ring on anything yet.
((Leaning forward, Kashima frowns a little at the text message, looking very close at it with a deductive scratch of the chin.
After a moment, she leans to her right to look more directly at Ellis.)) Voice shy? ((There's no way she can assume here that Ellis is mute since he did kind of just... shriek earlier.))
((Kashima looks up and stares for a moment before waving a hand.)) No! I can't let a lady risk herself like that. I just... lost my appetite for now, that's all.
